Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. This brew pours a clear pale amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, herbs and grain. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draught. Aroma is toffee, malt and sugar. Nutty flavour, with more sweetness, but not too sweet and a caramel (to me) bit. Good for sipping, and might be good warmed and spiced. Good full finish.

On tap at Concordia Ale House, pours a clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is super fresh, full of freshly baked bread and dough. Flavour is full of fresh doughy, crusty bread, but not much hop character. Light, refreshing and easy-drinking. Solid stuff.

Sample at Hale’s in Seattle. The beer pours a hazy golden-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, citrus and sweet malt. Medium body with a moderately bitter citrus hops character and notes of grainy malt in the background. The finish is fruity with a lingering hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
