On tap at Saraveza's IIPA Fest, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a big white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, some honey and piney hops. Flavour of bitter grapefruit peel, honey, piney and resinous hops - slightly metallic and bitter. Very stringent, not so well-balanced. Could be better refined. Not so good.

From tap at Taphouse Grill. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and crisp hoppy. Light bitter and grapefruity. Smooth hoppy and medium dry into the finish.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a tan head. Light citrus aroma. Grapefruit and malt flavor with light earth and light woodsiness. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and malt linger with light earth and light woodsiness.

Not very saisony. Nor unpleasant, but more like a pale or golden than a saison. Aroma is spicy like a saison, but flavour is unlike any saison I’ve had. I’m not sure what Everybody’s had in mind.

GBBF. Cask. Hazy gold beer, tidy off white head. Light dry palate. Nice hops. Pine, grass and a little tangerine and then a blooming aggressive grapefruit. Trace of tropical fruits before the bitter dry finish. Decent.
