Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured, mid-sized frothy head, slowly collapsing, delicate dryish-malty and bitter nose with a tinge of cooked vegetables; light bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with an empty MF; pale malt in the moderate bitter finish and some metallic traces in the aftertaste. Poor diabetics................

Bottle (purchased at the pivovar): Golden, lively carbonation, quite stable fluffy whizte head, clean, sweet pale-malty nose with a (Saaz?) hoppy background; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; delicate sweet-malty finish with a shy lingering bitterness. Quite good for a beer of 4.0% ABV..... and far better than the Gambrinus swill!

(35.5cl bottle) Clear, amber colour with a short foamy white layer. Discreet aroma: sweet malty, slightly bready flavour with alcohol and a distinctive fruity tinge. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malty, slightly sugary base with a subtle fruitiness; sweet and a bit sticky fruity malty finish.

bottle, bought as "Platan Alcohol Free". Deep golden yellow colour, slightly orange. Fluffy head, which disappears rather quickly. Grainy nose. Thin and slightly watery, but not bad at all for an alcohol free beer. Finishes dry and hoppy.

amber colour, beautiful head, which quickly disappears. Fruity nose. Tastes rather sweet and the taste of alcohol is very evident. A bit thin and watery, especially having in mind it has 21°.

beautiful deep yellow colour. As it is typical for some Czech lagers, it is bitter-sweet, very malty with lovely hops in the background. There is a flavour which reminds me of honey. Dry and hoppy finish.

Golden yellow, nearly amber colour, large head. Bitter-sweet and malty nose. Malty and sweetish beginning, the finish is more hoppy and slightly bitter in a very pleasant way.
