1Liter bottle at New Year’s Eve. Unclear orange in the glass, big foamy head. Malt and honey on the nose, some hop fruitiness. Taste starts fresh malty, caramell, strawberries. Hopy but low bitterness. Different than expected from a Dunkel Weizen but really nice.

1 l bottle shared with Kristall-König. Reddish red brown and clear in the glass with a small fast fading head. Malty nose with some sweetness in the background. Roasty taste, sweetness in the second row. Some bitterness, light alcoholic. Nearly no carbonation. Enjoyable dunkler Bock.

1 l swing top bottle bought directly at the brewery. Dark bright copper in the glass, nearly two finger light beige very foamy head. Sweet malty nose. Taste starts with a lot of malt with sweetness, also present hope. Caramell, nuts, chestnut. Some bitterness in the second row. Long aftertaste. Highly recommended.

1 l bottle bought at the brewery. Clear golden in the glass, nearly two finger white foamy head. Grassy on the nose, some hops. Taste starts hopy, grassy, later more grain and malt. Crisp, medium bitterness, little bit sourness. High carbonated. Nice one.

1000ml bottle [I’m deeply indebted to Bobele for this one - thank you very much!]. Slightly cloudy, reddish dark amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Fruity malty, husky aroma, some malt-spiciness, a floral and a honey touch. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, hints of yellow stone fruit, cautious fruit acidity, balmy hop bitterness. Simple, well balanced, nice.
