Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest yeasty-dry. More and more fruity with notes of grapefruit. Finish again milder, washy. Not good.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 09.08.2011
Rather pale colour for a märzen. Aroma has cardboard, some malt, hints of lactic acid and butter. Flavour is rather sweet with malt and butter. Also some grassy hops and hints of cardboard. Does not feel märzen at all, more like a German helles or pils. Below average, but the hops are nice anyway.

Bottle (thanks to Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, lively carbonation, big stable creamy to rocky white head; sourish ctrussy-wheaty nose with a very delicate clovey touch in the background; modrate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; citrussy-sourish finish with a light tartness in the aftertaste. Not great, but refreshing......
