Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity malt - hops, grassy, malty. Bottle (copyright by Quack-Duck!): A bit unclear, medium-sized stable off-white head; light to moderate sweetish bisquity-nutty nose with a slight sourish tinge; mild sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, very soft; slightly lingering malty finish with a very delicate bitterness. Well crafted, but unspectacular....

Bottle (kindly delivered by Stefan!): Golden, hazy to cloudy, big - slowly collapsing - fluffy off-white head; sourish citreussy-wheaty nose with a clovey touch; sourish-wheaty flavour, light bodied, soft; short tart-sourish finish. Not bad, but not my cup of tea....

50cl bottle. BB 09/11. Poured hazy golden with a bubbly white head, lacing. Aroma is wheat and fruity notes. Light bodied, almost watery. Flavor is wheat and citrus. Long citrusy finish. Drinkable, but too light. Like TBone said, feels more like a Kristallweizen than a Hefeweizen.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some earth and caramel. Rather sweet notes in flavour as well. Not bad though.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is milld honey, sweet malts and some floral notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some floral and fruity notes along with some slight notes of resin as well.
