Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of malt, but also lighter notes of caramel and dusty hops, leading to a sweet and very lightly bitter finish.

A fine one. Nice pale yellow sparkling body with creamy-fizzy white head. A bit metallic aroma, and hoppy also. Flavour is very bitter and dry. Aftertaste is dry as well as I think it makes somebody more thirsty.

Bottle in Vienna. Slightly sour, earthy aroma, good burnt malt taste, not sweet at all. Excellent, Czech style dark. Good roasted malt finish. Decent hops as well. An excellent dark beer, maybe the best in Austria. Doesn’t cloy like most of the others.

Bottle: Pours a dusty blonde color with a finger of creamy off-white head. Smells sweet and malty, a bit lagerish. The taste is lightly malty sweet before a bit of florals and faint spiciness... before the finish-wrecking skunky lager, corn, and grain thing takes over. Arrrgghhh - a trainwreck! The cool pint swingtop bottle barely justifys this kind of crap.
