(Cask) Hazy golden. Lightly tart apple aroma with plenty of sulphur. Aroma of sulphur and rubber. Quite full-bodied but completely flat. Unclean apple notes. The finish is almost pure alcohol. Hard to drink. 260408

(Cask) Hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Full-bodied - the alcohol is rather present here. Some rather rough and unclean apple notes here - again with some sulphur. The finish has both acidity and alcohol. 260408

(On tap) Slightly hazy golden. Pleasant and slightly perfumy nose with some apple notes. Medium-bodied with a nice balance between acidity and sweetness. Very nice apple notes. Has a light tartness in the finish. 260408

(On tap) Slightly hazy, greenish golden. Somewhat sulphuric aroma with a sweetish whiff of pears. Medium body, rather heavily carbonated with sweet, rustic pear notes and again lots of sulphur notes. The acidity is rather downplayed. Rough but not bad. 260408

Draft. A hazy light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is dominated by apples, but also with notes of plumps and fresh wood. The flavor has strong notes of wood and medium notes of wood, apples, and vanilla. Served at room temperature - just a bit too warm.

Draft. A hazy light yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet and sour with notes of apples. The flavor has notes of apples and wood on a slightly acidic back ground. The body is thin inspite of the 6.9% ABV.

Draft. A light golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples. The flavor is sweet right at the beginning, but this resides very fast and gives way to a strong dryness combined with notes of apples, which carries on all the way to the finish, which also has light estery notes.
