From a bowl / pot - warm @ Lord Nelson, Hyskenstræde 9, 1207 København, Denmark.Hazy medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple, spicy, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat flat. [20100108]

Cloudy yellow with a medium white rather creamy head for a cider. Apples in the nose along with cinnamon. Soapy flavour with, apples and cinnamon. Finished sweet.

Tap @ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small off white head. Nose is heavy oak, barnyard, sweet apples and spices. Quite heavy, warm and spicy. Not very elegant.

tap at lord nelson saturday nov 7th. as nelson cider, cider jul. clear yellow, small white head. aroma of sulphur, christmas spices. flavor of ripe apple, sewer water. This one had some serious problems it stank and tasted like a sewer. Quite sure it was called nelson cider jul.

Draft. An unclear light golden cider with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of sour apples and a bit of honey. The flavor is sweet apply combined with notes of hiney and some sour apples, leading to a lightly tart finish. Lovely balance between sweet and sour - very refreshing.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours hazy to murky yellow with no head. Aroma is sweet apple fruity and phenolic. Sulphorish, sweet and crisp apple flavoured. Light acidic to bitter dry touch into the finish. Dry sulphorish lasting impression although overall rather sweet.

Aroma is barnyard, stabel, green apples, apple, sour apple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090517]

Draught@Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Pale golden colour, notmuch head. Aroma is rather sweet apples, some rotten notes as well as quite dry wooden notes. Flavour is vineous with medium dry apples. Pleasant and quite refreshing.

Draught@Lord Nelson. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is green apples, dry wood as well as vanilla. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather tart, but balanced way. Also quite much white winelike notes. Very enjoyable.
