Tap at Lord Nelson, Cph. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pale golden. Aroma and taste are sweet and sour apples, citrus and sugar.

(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 23 May 2009) Greenish yellow colour, hazy, with a brief white head. Fruity, slightly tart nose with notes of apple juice and fresh grass. Fruity taste with discreet apple notes, grass and hay. slightly tart and not overly sweet. Nice, well balanced and very drinkable cider.

Cask. A light golden cider. The aroma is acidic apply and a bit of wood. The flavor is acidic woody and apply with a tart finish.

From a wooden cask at Lord Nelson. pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is distinct wooden and citric apple. flavour is intense phenolic with a solid citric component. Light apple fruity. GLue, detergent and vanilla. Quite astringent yet with a more smooth finish. Slight throat burning too.

Draft. A hazy light yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with a light acidic note and lots of apples. The flavor is sweet apply with light acidic note, leading to a tart finish.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is light acidic and phenolic, mild sweetness is present too. Sweet and slight citric, slight dry towards the finish. Citric and refreshing finish with only a minor residual sweetness left.
