Bottled, thanks Papsoe! Lightly hazy pale golden. Pleasant deep aroma of ripe red apples covered with cobwebs and sprinkled with lemon. Dryish and spritzy with concentrated juicy flavours. White pepper and sliught honey as well as very light tanninic bitterness in the finish. The best Scandinavian cider I’ve had. By far.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Golden colour, small sparkling white head, that dissappears quite quickly. Aroma is dry green apples, some mild acidic and yeasty notes as well as some mild riped apples as well. Flavour is green apples along with mild acidic notes. Balanced and quite nice, could do with a bit more complexity though.

Cloudy deep blond color; carbonated but without head. Nice apple aroma, apple skins, wood. As promised, the mouthfeel is not dry, it’s a semi-sweet, with apple flavor, some red apples, tannins, therefore some late astringency, that mingles with the light sweetness. Very good.

Bottle, 375ml corked, courtesy of Papsoe. Slightly unclear, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Weak on the nose, apples and that’s it. Medium body, nicely carbonated. The flavor has apples, cores included and a little touch of sugar. Long finish. A quite nice one, but drinks easily. 110129
