Bottle. Nice head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sour apples, fruits and has a nice dry finish. Yummy. Nice but would have been better if it had more sourness.

Bottle 375ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a initial large, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, dry apples, tart appple, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apples, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110117]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar as well as hints of wood. The flavor is acidic with notes of apples and wood, leading to a tart finish.
