bottle, purchased at the brewery. Clear straw-yellow colour, small and creamy white head. Lovely malty nose. Grainy, intensively malty with a shy fruity touch. Herbal hops in the lingering malty finish. A malt bomb thorughout, but not sticky at all - very pleasant, and with a smooth carbonation. I am not a big fan of the style, but I loved this one.

bottle, purchased at the brewery. Clear, pale yellow colour, large and creamy white head. Lovely fresh hop aroma. Elegant malty base with lots of grassy hops, slightly herbal, hints of hay, very fresh. Pleasant carbonation. Well crafted, delicious beer from the Unterallgäu.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Neutral aroma with some grains and a touch of hops. Dull flavor too, although a bit more interesting, at least the hops shows up. Nice carbonation, medium body. The finish is a bit short, with a nice bitterness. 110128

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, small and stable white foamy layer, lazy carbonation; sweetish grainy-strawy nose with a papery touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly hoppier towards the short bitter-sweet finish. Not so exciting.....

Bottle: Golden with a greenish sheen, smaller loose white head, that slowly collapses; strawy-grainy nose with a gentle citrussy-hoppy touch; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; increasing citrussy hoppiness in the sweet-malty finish. Unspectacular - but still good - brew....

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, vegetable notes, light hoppy.
