Bottled. A water colored cider with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by elderflowers, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry and slightly acidic finish. A bit on the sweet side, but very refreshing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Pours almost crystal clear with a tiny white head. Sweet aroma of elderflower. Medium body with sugary notes of elderflower. Very subdued tartness yet rather fresh. 090209

50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with no head. Dry herbal elderflower aroma with a mild citric note beneath. Sweet flavoured with a mild apple fruity base and more sweet elderflower. Sweet and fruity finish. Sodapop cider.

Bottled, from Alko, Vaasa. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is alcohol, cooked vegetables, apples and some slight white wine-like notes. Flavour is blue cheese, apples, white wine, wood and some hints of bacon. Probably better with food, than just to drink "by itself".

Can, 7%. Dry apple aroma. Very pale colour, not even yellow. The flavour also has some dry apple. Apple core, citric, appley flavour.

33 cL can. Pours pale yellow with a fizzy (audioable fizzy) white head. Dry phenolic apple aroma. Dry and phenolic apple flavoured. light apple fresh note coming through. Ends dry and phenolic.

33 cL can. Pours clear and pale yellow with note head. Aroma is dry apple and phenolic, light bakery yeasty. Mild sweetend and followed by a more dry phenolic flavour on the back of the tongue. Medium dry finish.

Can. A light golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of over ripe apples, and so the flavor, leading to a dry tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled. A light golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples and a light underlying acidity. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of apples. A very rounded flavor making it very easily drinkable.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear golden and with no head. Sweet apple aroma, slight candy like. Flavour is mild acidic with a litte hidden sweetness and apple flavour. Ends with a slight acidic touch.
