Bottle, many thanks vami! Semi-hazy deep golden color with big white head. Aroma is piney, some sour cherries with fantasy, quite ethereal, fruity and piney hops as well. Taste is again these not-quite-cherry flavours combined with a nice hop fruit punch, a full body and a warming finish. Soft, but present carbonation, bittersweet fruity aftertaste. Good one!

Bottle, many thanks vami! Hazy orange color with small fine-bubbled eggshell head. Aroma is herbal hops, piney, toasted malts, and something fruity and unusual that I now attribute to the amchur (never had actual amchur, so I can only guess) - it’s probably best described as a more tropical version of lemongrass with lots of leafiness. Taste is bready, piney, again this flavour that probably comes from the amchur, herbal hops, and a solid toasted malt body. Silky mouthfeel with a low carbonation. Well-done! (and I will look for some pure amchur to compare)

Bottle, many thanks vami! Hazy dark-orange color with soapy small thin layer. Aroma is bready, grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruits as well as herbal hops. Taste is pink grapefruit flesh, tea, bready, juicy citrus fruits. Medium bitter finish with remnants of tea, even a tiny bit smoked tea for me. Low carbonation. Well done, despite the very low carbonation and somehow weird appearance.

Bottle, many thanks vami! Hazy orange-golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is aromatic pepper, a bit smokey ham, smells like it’s gonna have umami in the taste, with some buttery cream and milky yeasts. Taste is ethereal pepper, dough, smoked ham. Surprisingly full-bodied for this ABV, but then again, it’s quite buttery (of the moreish kind). Low carbonation. It has a bit too much of the yeastiness that seems to be typical for Polish craft brews, but it’s an interesting brew nonetheless, the smoke and pepper character is incorporated nicely.

500ml bottle. Murky, grey-ish, dark golden colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy and somehow greasy aroma, hints of yoghurt, marinaded pork, pepper, red pepper, red pepper powder, coleslaw. Taste is greasy, milky, spicy, hints of yoghurt, red pepper, red pepper powder, marinaded pork, coleslaw; piney hoppy overtones. Doesn’t work for me.

Barwa złota, zmętnione, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, ale się trzyma. W aromacie cytrusy, owoce tropikalne, iglaki, siano, brzoskwinie. W smaku półwytrawne, wyraźne cytrusy, owoce tropikalne, dochodzi nafta, estry i fenole trochę jak w Saisonach, jest siano, przyprawy. Cebulka, szczypiorek na granicy autosugestii. Goryczka niska do średniej, przyjemna, wysycenie średnie, ciała nie brakuje przyjemne się pije. Ciekawe połączenie, taki trochę American Saison. Piwo jest zbalansowane, bez wad. Jedyne do czego można by się przyczepić to nieco za mała goryczka.

Butelka 330ml (BB 12.2018). Czarne, nieprzejrzyste z malutka, bezowa piana, szybko redukujaca sie do cienkiego pierscienia wokol scianek szkla. Aromat palono-czekoladowy z nutami kawy, zboza, srednio intensywny ale bardzo przyjemny. W smaku polslodka palonosc zbozowa z nutka kawy, jeszcze subtelniejsza nutla czeklady i dlugim palonym finiszem. Goryczka srednia do wysokiej, palona z malutka domieszka alkoholu. Ciala jest tu sporo co nadaje piwu oleista konsystencje a kazy lyk pozostawia przyjemny palono-slodkawy posmak w ustach.

Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine crispness. Thin malts, semi dry and sweetish, some cream. Nice fresh orange, some bitterness, orange peel and tangerine. Mild pine and mango. Light dry bitterish finish. Clean, crisp juicy DIPA. Nice one.

Tap (Pogromcy Meatów, Wrocław). Ciemno złote, delikatnie zmętnione z biało-szarą pianą. W aromacie cytrusy plus karmel. Podobnie w smaku z niską do średniej goryczką, całkiem pijalne choć jak na west coast IPA za dużo karmelu i mało wytrawnosci za dużo słodyczy.
