Lane @ Piwna Stopa. Słomkowożółte, lekko opalizujące. Gęsta drobnopęcherzykowa, kremowa wręcz piana, utrzymująca się do samego końca. W aromacie przede wszystkim wędzonka, średnio intensywna, ale też trochę cytrusowości. W smaku znów wędzonka uzupełniona wyraźną choć niezbyt intensywną kwaśnością (zamierzoną?). Goryczka dobrze zaznaczona, fajnie uzupełnia bukiet. Ładne, fajnie podwędzane, ale niczego nie urywa.

Mild rauchig-getreidiger Geruch. Trocken hopfig-kräutrig, sehr bitter, die Rauchigkeit ist immer präsent, nie aber übermäßig stark. Die Bitterkeit dagegen bleibt intensiv, Wacholder, Holz, spannend. 8/10/9/9//9

Very hazy amber - gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Smooth dry malts, light sweet. Fruity funk and mild pine. Light ripe citrus. Trace of sherbet. Mild tangerine. Some spicy bitterness on the dry finish. Floral linger. Not bad, plenty going on.

Draught @ PUB Browar Spółdzielczy, Gdańsk. Pours cloudy very dark brown with very stable beige head. Clear aroma of whisky barrel, malt and yeast, with notes of roast. Sweetish, barrellike and malty flavour, with smoky and estery notes. Hints of hops and coffee. Estery and malty aftertaste with hints of barrel. Decent.

Butelka 330ml (BB 01.2019). Czarne, nieprzejrzyste z niewielką, beżową pianką. Aromat palony, czekoladowy, kawowy z delikatnym, słodkim likierowym alkoholem i drewnianą nutą beczki, intensywny i bardzo przyjemny. Palono-czekoladowe z nutą kawy ze słodkawym i jednocześnie wytrawnym posmakiem, delikatnie zaznaczoną beczką, przyjemnie gęste, treściwe a przy tym bardzo gładkie, świetnie zbalansowane. Alkohol dobrze ukryty, nieznacznie rozgrzewa w przełyku, a gęste ciało pozostawia, długi palono-słodki posmak w ustach, bardzo przyjemny. Beczka nienachalna, jest raczej subtelnym dopełnieniem i nie gra pierwszych skrzypiec. Bardzo dobre piwo, świetnie się pije.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, roasted, burnt, dark malt, alcohol. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted, dark malt.
