On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours nearly black. Huge punch of coconut and some roasted malts on the nose. Flavour has a nice amount of toasted coconut and dark chocolate. Nice pastry stout.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Woody smoke and smoked ham on the nose. Flavour has tons of smoked ham, dry wood, booze. Tastes like fake smoke and cheap ham. This tires me.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours deep dark brown with a beige head. Tons of tonka beans and vanilla, cinnamon, and wax on the nose. Flavour is also jammed full of vanilla with some cinnamon, a little bit of dried dark fruits. Very good.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black with a small beige head. Aroma is rich, with intense dark sugars, bourbon barrels galore, and caramel. Flavour is extremely sweet, with cloyingly sweet sugars, bourbon barrels, and toffee. There’s undeniable malt and barrel complexity here, but there’s too much residual sugar. Good but needs attenuating out a bit.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky dark brown with no head. Bourbon barrels, dry caramel, and wax on the nose. Flavour is very sweet and rich with tons of caramel and a very thick syrupy body. Notes of raisins, burnt caramel, and bourbon as well, but pretty smothered by the sweetness. A bit drier and this would be excellent.
