Roasty, dark malty, minimally chocolately aroma, notes of coffee, coffee grounds, some cocoa, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of orange, orange flavoured chocolate. Taste is initially moderately bitter hoppy and bitter roasty, dark malty, minimally chocolately, notes of coffee, coffee beans and coffee grounds, some dark cocoa, some lemon; increase of citrusy hop flavours, some orange, but especially lemon as independent top layer. Slightly creamy, acid thinned texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Wonderful composition: starts rather classic with coffee notes, subtle development of citrusy hop flavours which in parts mix with the malty flavours but finally obtain own direction - pretty well done.
