Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy golden with an off-white head. Sweet malty nose, caramellish with a little phenols. Medium body, sweet fruity and caramellish - the honey does come through. Subdued bitterness. 030511

shared by joergen. strange hazy yellow-orange color, small white head. sweet aroma, peach, sweet yellow fruits. flavor is peach, yeast, alc. wheat, flowery and faint citrussy notes. A very good try at hiding 9% alc. in a wit, i think it works. solid body.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and phenolic spiced yeasty. Dry and wheaty, solid phenolic. Dry and slight spiced finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a tiny rough white head. Sweet, fruity nose with quite some spices. Medium body, almost flat, very sweet fruity with quite some phenols and yeast. Warming alcohol in the finish. A strange Imperial Wit. 030511

shared by jorgen. very dark brown, smooth light brown head. extremely powerfull chocolate and toffee aroma. smells more like toffee than toffee itself does. not sure i’m going to like this. aroma has dark and milk chocolate, hazelnuts, butter, cocoa. flavor is sweet chocolate, malts, slightly floral note . A very special beer indeed.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, chocolate and vanilla. Sweet chocolate and vanilla flavoured. Solid chocolate and sweet flavoured into a medium dry finish.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Hazy golden-orange. Aroma of honey and cereals. Flavor has some fruits and weird off-flavors. Finishes slightly drier. Light-bodied. Quite awful.

At a tasting, thanks zvikar, murky deepish orange, aroma of honey, flowery soapiness and candy, flavour of light honey with an empathic lemony sourness and a light bitterness,unpleasant sour aftertaste. Quite unbalanced.

Draft. A light amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and lots of spices among them all spice. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices on a malty background, leading to a dry and spicy finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel and malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.
