Ein Blanche, dass nicht mit Aromen geizt, aber nicht überladen wirkt. Angenehme Gewürzaromen treffen leicht sahnige Noten. Ein wirklich schmackhaftes Bier.

shared by joergen. strange hazy yellow-orange color, small white head. sweet aroma, peach, sweet yellow fruits. flavor is peach, yeast, alc. wheat, flowery and faint citrussy notes. A very good try at hiding 9% alc. in a wit, i think it works. solid body.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a tiny rough white head. Sweet, fruity nose with quite some spices. Medium body, almost flat, very sweet fruity with quite some phenols and yeast. Warming alcohol in the finish. A strange Imperial Wit. 030511

Hazy blond color. Some esters and banana in the aroma. Medium sweetness; not much wheat flavor, sweetish malt; medium-low bitterness, delicate banana fruitness; it hides well the alcohol. Interesting.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Fruity nose with some wheat crackers. Sweet and juicy, yeast yuwith some orange. Feels concentrated with waming estery alcohol. However, just as most strong wits, it gets sticky and overly fruity. The flavours get unclean and sweaty. After a while I start feeling uncomfortable in the presence of such company.

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Golden colour, with some slight white head. Particles floating around. Aroma is wheat, some alcohol with some yeast and barnyardy notes. Flavour is wheat, spices, some yeast and a bit of alsohol. Not that bad, and the alcohol is not disturbingly strong in the brew.
