This small bottle is coming from the coop, Bern, train station. Opening it yesterday, at night during our traditional busy day. Simple beer, average, malty, smooth, mineral, herbal and lemony, bitter, light, watery, 03.05.23

Buying this bottle at the coop pronto Bern SBB. Drinking this bottle, two days ago, on the train from Bern to Basel and after going to Freiburg am Breisgau. A classical beer, brewed rather on the German, classical and perfect during these hot days, malty, bready, a bit sweet, some hop, light 15.08.23

I was pleasantly surprises with this beer, a lot of time the beers of honey are too sweet, but this one is fair between the malt, hop, honey, 11.05.2018, at Epalinges.

[as Egger Hopfer] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal miele. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è poco presente. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta molto i segni di miele e poco più.

Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al palato arrivano indizi di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.
