Draught@Schönes Fraulein/Karhupanimo, Pori (a.k.a. the Brewpub). Ambery golden colour, mediumsized creamy slightly off white head. Aroma is malts, some slight grass, caramel and a bit yeastyness. Flavour is sweet malts, some hops and mild notes of grass. Also some yeasty and quite earthy notes. Quite dry rubbery bitter grass in the finish.

(Draught at Schönes Fräulein, Helsinki, on 2008-09-27) Amber. Clear. Medium sized quite quickly disappearing white head. Malts and esters in nose. Medium bodied palate with lots of carbonation. Malts, bitterness, hints caramell and sweetness in taste. Easy to drink.

(Draught@brewpub). Clear copper-amber color, small off-white head. Malty, a bit metallic and yeasty aroma. Fizzy carbonation. Malty, slightly ryeish flavor with sweeter, sugary notes. Some toasted caramel too. Aftertaste is malty with hints of hops. Clean product, not really handcraft-like, propably quite good with Oktoberfest food. Just a bit too carbonated - too much carbonation means that it is not necessarily good session beer (one litre jugs anyone?).

Draught@Herman, Turku. Deep ambery brown colour, with mediumsized beige creamy head. Aroma is mildly roasted malts, some caramel hops as well as some mild earthyness. Flavour followis the same concept, except for having some quite strong earthy notes in the background. Basically not much of an aftertaste.

Draught@Herman, Turku. Golden colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is bready malts along with nice grassy hops and also some slight fruityness (probably from the yeast). Flavour is malty, hoppy and slightly fruity. A very refreshing lager

Dark ruby color, small off-white head. Minty, brewing mash aroma - quite typical for microbrewery dark lager. Very carbonated. Toasted, "user friendly" flavor - brewed for the masses. Dry beer (not caramelly), so this is more like German Schwarzbier than Czech dunkel, although toastyness is quite mild.

Golden color, small mostly vanishing head. Brewing mash, red currant and citrus in the aroma. Very carbonated. Brewing mash -malty, lightly citrusy hoppy flavor. Kind of refreshing, a bit sweet. Not too bad from Carlsberg owned microbrewery, at least it is microbrew beer!
