Bottle, 5.4%. Spicy, teaish hop aroma. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Good hop flavour, spicy and lemony. Very refreshing, though flavourful.

Bottle. Pours an almost clear, golden body and a white head. Sure hoppy aroma, with citrus and peach playing the leading roles. Peach, bitterness and pine in the flavor, failing to present much malt. Slightly stinging mouthfeel from the hops, medium fullness. The finish is long and fruity, sure hoppy. Nice. One-dimentional but nice. (080118)

Hazy brown with tiny head. Sweet flavor with roasted malt and caramel notes. Sweet flavor with roasted malt, caramel, ripe fruits, spices and toffee. Ends sweet.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden orange body with a white head. Strong hoppy aroma, citrus, peaches and hay. Flavor is mild malty, sweet, light bitter with some acidity. Could have been really nice but something is missing. A bit thin body.

50 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Apparently this is a revised version of the Frisk Forår brew. Pours light orange with a diminished head. Lemon fruity aroma. Flavour is dry, light malty, solid lemon note. Ends with a light spice and lemon lingering finish. Nice bitterness into the finish.

Bottled (v5 and v6). Dark reddish brown body with a beige head. Aroma is slightly roasted, candy sugar and a hint of alcohol. Flavor is sweet, rather heavy in a direction of a trappist ale. Very nice. The v6 is a bit drier and has some cellar notes, but v5 is more harmonic.

Bottled. (v5 & v6). The bottles were two months past bb-date, but that didn’t seem to hurt at all. v5 was the best of the two, v6 got 7-4-7-4-14-3.6. It looks clear in the glass, ruby color, with a nice beige head. The aroma has dried fruits, sugar, caramel and some alcohol. v6 had a more roasted profile, lacking the caramel and alcohol. The flavor has alcohol, dried fruits, sweetness and some roasted notes, but v6 is a bit drier, with not so much dried fruits. It has a full body, with some stickyness in v5. The finish is long, sweet and hoppy with alcohol as well. A lovely warming beer from Haandbryggeriet, but v5 was better IMO. (070302)

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy golden with a small, white head. Discreet aroma of coriander. Fairly light body with soft, wheaty notes. Distinct flavour of coriander and citrus. Comes out extremely dry and quenching, but personally I would’ve preferred it a tad sweeter. But one of the better wits - especially for Denmark. 060207
