It is a regular beer, a mix between a lager and a dortmunder or export, malty, a bit metalic, nice touch of honey at the final, 26.10.17, at Prélaz.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with small to average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and fruity aroma, notes of caramel and strawberry. Taste is tart-ish, dry, fruity, caramel malty basis with some residual sweetness, diluted hints of frozen strawberry, a minimally lactic touch.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
As always: strawyberry doesn't work for me as ingredient; it is not that I don't like strawberries, but neither cooked nor frozen - not my cup of tea.

Pajiza de no mucha espuma. Aroma acido y citrico. En boca es lo mismo pero más aumentado. Mucho cítrico, limón y lima, que queda en los labios y bastante ácido que sube al paladar. Muy seca, moderadamente amarga. Bien hecha aunque no sea muy fan.

330ml can from Beer52. Hazy gold with small white foam but good retention. Aroma of moderate toasted malts, mid-sweetness, light hedgerow fruit and herbs. Flavour has the same notes but more intensity than expected from the aroma. Nice balance between the sweet malt and herbal bitterness with a bit of fruitiness to give it some softness. Medium bodied, somewhat of a pillowy mouthfeel, nice zing to the carbonation without being overdone. One of the better festbiers I've tried.

(Draft at BRLO Brwhouse, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, apricots, peaches and lactic acid. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, apricots, rhubarb and a finish with a generous lactic acidity. Hardly any bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Interesting. Rich, boozy and tart. Hardly balanced, but quite tasty. Nice one.

Excelente y super bebible.

Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, bread, roasted grain, caramel and a mild coffee bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Sweetish, but rich and tasty. Nice one.

(Draft at BRLO Brwhouse, Berlin, 19 July 2025) Hazy pale orange colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and orange peel. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, pink grapefruit, orange and a touch of lime. No bitterness. Light body, with a certain sweetness. On the thin side, but really refreshing (after a three hour walk in 30 degrees C). Quite nice.

Tasty in general. On the sweet side. Notes of sun-kissed grains, dry caramel, ripening citrus, grainy bread, mild bitter rind and pine. Deep gold, malty. Effervescent and massaging. A little golden raisin. Enjoyable as a departure from the haze.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before August 2026. Hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral aroma of pineapple, passion fruit and some gooseberry. Gently sweet, hardly bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of pineapple, passion fruit, grains and some gooseberry, followed by a short, barely bitter finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice hoppy NA beer!
