Torfiger, leicht süßer Beginn. Malziger, süßlich röstiger und deutlich torfiger Beginn. Noten von Schokolade, cremig, die anfängliche Intensität wird beibehalten. Würzig, Kakao, Bitterschokolade, langer Nachgeschmack. Lecker! 11/13/12/12/8/12

Bottle in Balera, a little Italian Wine Bar in Nuekolln, Berlin on 23rd January 2026. Slight haze to the golden body, white head on top. Fairly sweet and grainy feel to this.

Säuerlicher Beginn, der aber auch mit malzig-holzigen und fruchtigen Noten Punkten kann. Trauben, weiche angenehme Säure, spritzig, komplexer Hintergrund, vinöse Noten, würzig, langer, dunkel säuerlicher Abgang. Gut! 9/12/11/11/9/11

Drunk watching... Not sure yet what... After inspecting the lacquer and removing some annoying fabric threads due to the stupid Rossmann dust removal cloth. Sanding in my future. This beer is a dark orange amber hazy, tall fine head. Very juicy red fruit nose, dankish red fantasy-berry with a sweet hint behind it. Flavor is piney, actually rather woody but not in the astringent oaky sense - rather an Oriental cedar or sandalwood kind of note. Unique for sure!
