Draft. A dark brown beer with a fast disappearing very bubbly head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dark milk chocolate. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of chocolate, but also light roasted notes, leading to a dry bitter chocolaty end. The mouthfeel is flat.

Draft. An unclear orange-brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is lightly hoppy and grassy. The flavor is very sweet with loads of hoppy grassy notes as well as quite strong notes of caramel, leading to a rather bitter end.

Draft. An unclear brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of chocolate. The flavor is sweet malty with quite a lot of chocolate, leading to a rather bitter finish. I don’t find it in harmony.

Draft. An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and oranges. While the flavor is sweet and mostly spicy, and no wonder the body is thin.

Draught at KØ07. Weak roasted aroma. Muddy brown colour. No head. Thin roasted flavour with a little dark malts. Weak, but OK roasted aftertaste.

Draught at KØ07. Milky orange colour. NO head. Slimy mouthfeel. Very low carbonation. The flavour is weak, some apple juice, with a little butter. Watery aftertaste. This is not fully fermented. Why bring a totally unfinished product to a festival so that everyone will know that you don’t know anything about beer? Horrible.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours ahzy orange with a creamy off white head. Aroma is sweet and floral. Flavour is sweet, slight fruity with berries. Slight yeasty. Light bodied.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy orange with only a lcaing head. Aroma is flowery hoppy. Flavour is soft malty with the flowery hops on top. Finish is sweet.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours hazy brown with almost no head. Aroma is aroma hops with a vague malt profile sweetness but also slight chemical/medicine. Flavour is rather dry hops, slight sour. The hop type provides the beer a rather estheric note, leading into chemical flavour. Finish is dry.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours black, no head. Malty and toffee aroma notes, hardroasted malt, liqourice and rubber. Flavour is dark malt and berries, slight sweet with a liqourice blend ,only vague chocolate. Slightly smoked. Goes into a dry blended finish.
