tap at Københavnske Øldage 2009 clear light brown, no head. aroma is faint fruity, mild flowery, hoppy. flavor is sawdust, fruity, sweet sourish. nice.

CBF09. Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Butter notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

CBF09. 33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Dry malty and slight roasted aroma. Subdued sweet base flavoured. Light bitterness. Ends dry and light yeasty. Dry and slight spiced finish with a distinct alcohol note.

CBF09. From tap. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Dry malt and yeasty aroma. Phenolic and yeasty, light malty and slight roasted flavoured. Followed by a sweet and fruity with a distinct phenolic note. Medium dry and phenolic finish.
