Description
Raphaël Mettler and his team have been brewing beer with a passion since 2003, and their enthusiasm is eminently contagious: the Trois Dames beers from Ste-Croix challenge the taste buds and flatter the eye, and that is exactly what makes them original. We believe in making a top-notch product, the reason why we carefully select fresh ingredients.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Complex, funky aroma, both acetic and lactic acid combined with Brett. Medium body, a small, initial sweetness, but the acids come rushing in to create a massive sourness with tannins that can be felt on the teeth. Otherwise the barrel leaves an unclean, somewhat moldy imprint. Somewhat rough and uneven. 050319
