Schön weiches, leicht muffig-würziges Bier. Schöne weich-hefige, würzige Note mit weichem leicht getreidigem Körper. Der Nachgeschmack ist weich mit leicht muffiger Herbe, malzig-weich mit schön milder Hefenote. Lecker mit floralen Anklängen.

Würzig-milder Antrunk. Leicht malzig süß, sehr süffig. Schön erdig mit dunkelmalzigem Einschlag, dabei sehr würzig mit süßlich karamellmalzigem Körper. Weich ohne nennenswerte Herbe. Würzig karamellmalzig süßlich mit leichter Getreidenote auf der Zunge. Lecker.

Malzig-würziger Antrunk. Tolle röstmalzige Lakritznote, trotzdem durch die Hefe weich und mild. Milchschokolade, weiches Karamell. Trocken und trotzdem süffig-weich. Feinherb passend im Nachgeschmack, toll ausgewogen, rund mit langem karamellig-schokoladig weichen, röstig-mildem Nachgeschmack. Toll.

Süßlicher, leicht röstiger Malzantrunk. Würziger werdend, sehr süffig. Die malzige Süße wird stärker, harmonisch. Sehr süffiger gelungener Bock. 11/11/12/10//10

On tap at the brewpub. Beer in the glass brownish, huge head. Starts very malty, wheaty-dry, light metallically notes. More and more boring malty. Not good.

Draught. Hazy orange with a firm head. Aroma is is fruity caramel. Flavour is quite spicy, usual hefe notes there but with a peppered base. Interesting.

Draught. Brownish black with a tan head. Aroma is sugared coffee. Flavour is creamy burnt malt, dry finish with a little ash.

Draught. Hazy gold with a solid head. Aroma is bread and yeast. Flavour is dusty hop, some citrus on a strong bitter nut finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Darker amber coloured, small pale beige head, light roasty and buttery nose. Mild roasty malty, caramel and light herbal notes with dry sweetish finish.

Beer No. 18 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Draught at the brewpub. Hazy yellow coloured, small white head, grassy nose. Moderate malty, grassy and light fruity with mild bitter finish. Very refreshing but in general pretty ordinary beer.
