Draft at AK BW fest 2016. Clear light golden yellow color. Beautiful spruce aroma. Taste is bitter spiced spruce. Delicious.

Draft at GABBF 2011 batch: Poured a coppery color with thin white head. Aroma was mixed fruit and very berry from the spruce. The taste was tropical mix of sweet fruit, spruce berry/wood, and very smooth on the tongue.

Draft at GABBF 2013 Batch: Poured a coppery brown amber with off white head. Aroma was big sweet malts and funky spice. Taste was a twisted mix of caramel malts and spicy bitter funk. Led my palate in two directions at one time. I would most likely stick to the regular version.

Draft at GABBF 2010 batch: Poured an amber color with thin head. Aroma was nice strong caramel and toffee malts, highly fermented fruit. Taste followed that theme with loads of malts mainly caramel, sugary, and fruit.

Draft at GABBF: Poured a coppery brown with a thin off white head. Aroma is very pungent fruit and spice. Taste was tart/bitter fruit with loads of spice and brett funk.

Draft at GABBF: Poured a black with brown head. Aroma was big roasted malts, light smoke, and dark fruit. Taste was similar roasted smoke malt balanced with fruit and fairly nice amount of hops.
