Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Light hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity and old hops. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 140918

Can at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy, weedy, tropical fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a slightly watery, malt, weedy, light fruit, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruit, boozy, woody hop bitter. The flavour is moderate sweet with a malt, light grainy, resin, fruity, warm alcoholic, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not as juicy as I was expecting given the name. Rather bitter and boozy.

Hazy golden. Aroma is tropic fruit, sticky and farty hops, slight tennis socks, grapes, oat punchkick. Taste is sweet oaty juice with grape juice and minerally finish. Meh.

440ml can. Pours thick black with a frothy tan head. Maple, dark chocolate, sweet, lots of maple, little sugary raw heat, bit of coffee. Full body but a bit overcarbonated I think. Fine.

Can. Black with a small tan head.3 Aroma dominated by citrus - oranges,mandarins and grapefruit, a mite sugar syrupy. There's a swoop to mocha but it's all very light and zesty. 7- Barely medium bodied. Lowish carbonation. There's some bready presence to support the mocha and light roast but those floaty hops still waft over everything. Alcohol is very well hidden. Tasty but I wanted more body and more roast.
