draught Huge, dirty greige head, overflowing; fully hazy, deep dark brown beer with orange highlights. Liquorice, malty. Not very sweet at first, liquorice-tasting, drop , black malts, leather flavour. Again seemingly underattenuated. Medium bodied, sticky in the throat. Liquorice untill the long full aftertaste. Duller, sweeter Schwarz than most, but not devoid of interest.

draught Fully hazy amber, yeast completely in suspension; yellowish thick head. Banana and orange mash, estery nose. Dry-clovey initial taste, gradually sweet building up, seems badly attenuated. Light fruity flavours. Fully chewy, but not really full-bodied, more restsugars. Bit disappointing, less great than remembered.

draught Orange-gold, quite carbonated; superdense off-white head, leaving lace. Light malty nose - difficult to assess in a working brewery . Sweet, dull-malty beer, quite toasted, but not sharp. Sticky MF, very slick, light bodied. Nowhere near the classic Kölner Hausbrauereien’ Kölsch.

Ein sehr eigener Geschmack der stark, aber auch etwas wässrig ist. Komisch. Die Schaumkrone ist unglaublich dicht und lang haltend für ein Kölsch. Test vom 7.11.2004, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,7,6,5,7,5 - 6,15
