med dark brown color. Very astringent, dry chocolatey nose, smokey mouth. Light body, so well refined and put together. Definitely what i image a smoke schwartz to be. Excellent top notch for the style but little competition

On tap in The Churchill Cigar Lounge, Old Town San Diego on 7th May 2016. Orange hue to the body, small off-white head. Hop centric throughout with a piny, bitter flavour, decent.

On draft Churchill’s Pub and Grille in San Marcos, CA. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Grassy nose. Flavor of sulfur and pine. Bitter finish.

Tap at Waypoint Public in SD. Clear dark goldenrod pour. Aroma is unusually floral, in a nice way, with good resin hops. Taste follows. Not bad at all.

On tap into a small shaker showing well filtered neon yellow. The nose shows a lot of citric tartness mixed well with notes of brett. The palate is medium bodied, well carbonated, lightly tart with a clean malt black bone. Flavors of sour apricot that fades off for the malts on the finish. Good simple, Berliner Weisse

Draught @ Cico’s, San Diego. Aroma has grainy malt, butter and some fruitiness. Flavour has buttery malt, grain, some cereal and mild fruitiness. Also grass. Somewhat refreshing.

Draught @ Ciro’s, San Diego, CA. Pours yellowish golden with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of crisp malts, some grass, hay and sweetish notes. Taste is sweetish, malty and slightly grassy with some hints of hay and citrus. Finish is smooth, sweetish and slightly malty with hints of grass. Okay.
