This was a good attempt at a session IPA, but I found the body too watery and unbalanced, though good hop character, and very refreshing. I think this is still something that can be improved upon.

Tap at Dig. Mose of caramel, cocoa, some light fruits. Relatively clean. Light caramel flavor, malty, a bit of raisin. Straightforward and drinkable but nothing special.

On tap at Bungalow. Y Market’s Belgian wit pours a nice cloudy straw gold with a nice cm of foam. The aroma is nice wheaty clove. Medium bodied & very smooth. The taste is all wheat & clove spiciness with a dab of banana bread. A really good witbier. ----had on tap at Beer Keyaki and it gave me less of a clear witbier/weizen and a bit more coconut fruity flavors. Still tasty though.

Tap at Bungalow. Great tropical fruit and citrus nose with sweet biscuits malts. Light but full body. Light mango and durian flavors, a little stinky, grapefruit. Maybe a bit too gassy, but really lovely.

On tap at Dig Bar’s Y Market Event. It pours a dark brown almost black with a thin filmy head. Served in a tulip it has a fruity floral aroma. The palate is med-full with a spritzy zesty mouthfeel. The taste is a good mix of citrusy hops & dark chocolatey malts with a dash of creaminess to it. Good stuff.

At the Dig Bar Y Market Event. Part of my 3,500 yen 5 beer M size set. A cloudy light gold pour. A thin filmy white head. A very fruity resinous hoppy nose. Medium bodied with a zesty light carbonation. The taste is spritzy citrus, fruity hoppy goodness. The body is somewhat light & the taste possibly had hints of cardboard but it is overall a solid hoppy session ale.

relative good balance, decent hops, but still a bit directionless, though clearly they know what they are doing but just need to take to next level

On tap at Molto. 5.5% is what they said. A clear gold pour with a nice head of foam. Nice hoppy nose, citrus, pine, resin - kind of dank but really tasty seeming. Light bodied, crisp carbonation. The taste is lightly bitter, sharp, resin, pine oils, earthy... A nice solid APA.
