Tap at Craft House, Kyoto. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, big orange tropical citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet, with a crisp, fruity, light tart, jammy marmalade palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at the Nara Craft Beer Festival 2018. Cloudy amber color. Nose is bland, a bit of the roasted tea and some amber malts. Flavor is bad, like weak malt extract, funky off fermentation notes, and a touch of hojicha tea. Poorly made.

Tap at the Nara Craft Beer Festival 2018. Medium red with lace. Nose of raspberry and some citrus. Simple, lightly tart, raspberry flavor. Not overly sweet but no lactic acid character, just a bit tart and fruity. Plain compared to the lavender one.

Tap at the Nara Craft Beer Festival 2018. Ugly pale blueish-green color, clear, with lace. Nose is lavender and lemon, not much lactic character, somewhat soap-like, according to others, but the lavender was quite nice to me. Flavor is tart lemon and lavender. I like it. Crisp, tart, not sweet. Tasty and original.

Amber golden color. Sweet malty bread nose with lovely whiskey notes of iodine, dried fruit and oak. Well done and works well with the style in the nose. Rounded tons of dried fruit, bread, whiskey and a nice warming character with the alcohol hitting the back of the cheekbone. Really nicely put together and excellent winter warmer.

hazy pink orange hue. Blood oranges!?!. Some kiwi, strawberries and oranges in the nose. Light, crisp, low to modest sourness and well balanced but so little flavor, itβs kinda hard to know what to make of this. Sour beer for beginners. A good starting point and they know how to make beer but this needs complexity
