Bottle at Kaeru. Choc roast in nose, cocoa, marmite! Taste is more sweet, apples, bit of choc, bit burnt, dark fruit, cocoa powder caramel. Nice enough.

Bottle at Kaeru. Aroma is booze and apples, bit of sweetness. Taste is good, apples come through, bit sweet, apple fritters. Don't feel the booze in the mouth. Good stuff

Keyaki. Wheaty, but with light sharpness. Bit strange. Aside from that it's nice enough. Little creaminess.

Keyaki. Yellow gold colour, small white head. Aroma is bananas, spicy, bubblegum and plastic. Taste is good, nice banana wheaty sweetness, vanilla ice cream finish. Smooth creamy texture. Solid.

Keyaki. Dark brown, small golden head. Aroma is chocolate, roast, bit of smoke and spice. Taste is good and roasty with creamy sweetness. Creamy coffee bitterness too. Pretty full bodied but easy drinking still.

Keyaki. Very darkl brown, creamy golden head. Aroma is slightly smoky, lots of roast, pretty good, booze. Taste is good, coffee, some sweetness, bit of soy sauce savouriness. Some cocoa too which builds a little bit. Cola kubes. Nice finish. Easy drinking for an imp. stout.

Tap at CBM Jinbocho as Yuzu Fresh! Yuzu and wheaty aroma. Spice and bit of banana type yeastiness. Some kind of saison like herbal element. Very refreshing and pretty nice. A pleasant mix of different styles elements.

Bottle at Kaeru. Amber coloured, golden. Light citrus, orange, bit of caramel maltiness. Nice as a first beer, but maybe a bit bland.

Bottle at Kaeru. Aroma is grassy hops, malt. Taste is similar. Quite nice in an inoffensive way. Refreshing, bitter finish, with light sweet maltiness lingering. Bit of biscuit.

Tap at good beer faucets. This was marked as 10%. Not sure if the tap version is different from the bottle. Pale golden colour slightly cloudy. Big beige head that fades as you go down the pint. Aroma is grainy, touch of sweetness there, quite a bit of lemony bitterness too. Taste is very smooth, can definitely get the honey, also something floral. Finish is mildly bitter, just a touch of lemon. Quite spritzy. Can't believe this is 10% as it is very easy drinking. Just a hint of boozy sweetness in there. Aftertaste is plenty of honey, and maybe a hint of booze. Tastes a bit Belgian, yeasty. Nice.
