ONI Densetsu Sorachi Ace + Amarillo on tap at Lezzets, 650 yen +tx for a 200ml pour in an aroma glass(oversized wine glass, like a goblet). It is an orange copper gold, deeper than the SSS Pale Ale. The nose is peppery & fruity. Again like the SSS it has an oily undercarbed body. Spoke to someone at another bar and it sounds like this may be an issue at Lezzets these days. The taste is a clean green bitterness with a dry finish. Underwhelming.

ONI Densetsu SSS Centennial On tap at Lezzets. It pours deep gold with a pungent earthy dankness & a juicy fruitiness. Medium to light bodied, a bit oily & undergassed. The taste is a bit weak - dank mild bitterness with a touch of grape. Disappointing.

Half pint at GBF Shibuya. Clear golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of light citrus and floral. Tastes of floral, citrus, pine. Medium body with a dry finish.

Tap at Marciero. Glowing light orange, just about flat. Rather dull nose, light malts with some citrus and grass. Very bitter, not all that floral and fragrant. OK, but not up to the standard they usually set. A problem with the carbonation too. Too flat.

Tap at Qbrick. Fruity nose, mosaic, tropical fruits. Bitter, clean flavor, fruity. Well done, clean and bitter with good fruits. Hops come through well.

5% on tap at Beer Komachi. 650 yen for a glass. A deep orange with a pink tiny to it, somewhat grapefruit like. It has a soft raspberry aroma. The body is a bit rough. The taste is actually pretty good, some earthy maltiness, a solid dash of raspberry but I also get occasional notes of popcorn which detract from it a bit. A lingering sweet berry finish. Overall, pretty good but it needs some more tweaking.

Tap at Komachi. Hazy gold, lively carbonation, thin lace. Big lemony cascade nose, 7-Up,light crackers. Light, crisp flavor, crackers and lemon, with a dry, bitter finish. Good.

Tap at Dig. Light, dry, bitter. Very hoppy nose, lots of Nelson, very crisp crackery golden malts. Very bitter, dry, citrus and cat pee. Great aroma and wonderful drinkablilty. Better than the regular PA version I had 30 minutes earlier, but maybe just a bit too catty.
