14/4/2018. Can from Cambridge Wines, Kings Parade. Pours dark brown with a foamy beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, hop, roasted malt, dark fruit, biscuit and nut. Light sweetness, towards heavy roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight thin texture, soft carbonation. Bitter finish. Quite black IPA esq. Quite enjoyable.

Can. Amber coloured beer with a strong frothy head. The aroma is gently roasted and hopped, and the flavour is strongly bitter and hopped with good roastedness, some toffee and a long finish. Overall a nice American pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Amber coloured beer with a strong white head. The aroma is hopped with gentle yeastiness, and the flavour is strongly hopped with a strong bitterness and a reasonable length of finish. Overall an average well hopped IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Blackish coloured beer with a frothy light brown coloured head. The aroma is lightly roasted with some bitterness. The flavour is more strongly bitter and roasted with some coffee nature to it. Can from Cambridge Wine Merchants, Kings Parade, Cambridge. Pours dark amber with a large short lasting off-white to beige head. Aroma of hop, tropical and citrus fruit, caramel, touch of butterscotch, pine and bread. Quite light sweetness with towards heavy bitterness. Moderate body, oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Bitter finish. Pretty decent.

Draught at the Station Tavern, Cambridge. Pours amber with a good sized off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, hop, flowers and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Decent.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; hazy light copper pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has tangerine and pine, taste has pine, bitter grapefruit, hint of caramel, quite nice.
