Tap at Senor Pollo, Makati. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is light grainy malt, light citrus fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry, light biscuit malt, light fruit, dry light floral woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A passable pale ale, which won’t win too many awards. Better than the commercially brewed local beers though.

Draft - Light soapy pale malts. Hazy yellow with a decent white head. Decent salty notes, touch of acidity and a clean finish. Not a bad Gose, not sure I can pick out the green mango though.

Draft - Mango and some citrus. Clear gold with a rich white head. Mango, citrus and some nice bitterness in the finish. Solid APA.
