14/2/2025. Bottle bought at Gino's in Quezon City, gift from a friend who went to PH for Christmas. Philippines rating #100. Pours clear golden with a modest frothy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, hoppy, floral, sugary, midget gems. Taste starts very sweet, but with some nice bitterness developing. Moderate body, average carbonation. Could have done with less sweetness.

Pours unclear mid-brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, resin, malty, bready, caramel, light herb, stewed fruits, slight wet nutty edge. Moderate sweetness, quite bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Punchy if a little flawed.

14/1/2025. Bottle bought at Gino's in Quezon City, gift from a friend who went to PH for Christmas. Pours clear dark brown with a small creamy/frothy off-white head. Aroma is nicely Christmas spiced, with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, moderately roasted, with dried fruits and slight nuttiness. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Christmas cake finish. Very nice.

Hoppy, dank (although not as dank as I’d expect from the name), with pine resin and hop oil up front. Some citrus. Long-lasting pleasant bitterness.
Best beer I’ve had in the Philippines so far. Fruity orange peel hops, balanced bitterness. Dow the job

Tap at the Spektral Lounge, Makati. Poured a murky milky colour with with a bubbly white head. The aroma is malt, floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry yeasty floral, dry hop, light crushed banana palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
