Draft at Alamat, Makati. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, malt, dry light yeasty, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Light , citrus and tropical notes. Easy drinking hop juice

Tap at Alamat, Poblacion, Makati. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, light banana. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a watery, malt, yeast, more water light citrus fruit, ight hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Way too light and watery all round. I struggled to finish the glass. Must do better than this.

Tap at the Spektral Beer Lounge, Makati. Poured a clear dark brown with little life. The aroma is roasty malt, charcoal, liqouirce, light chocolate. The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a light,watery, dry roasty, coffee chocolate palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Didn’t get the vanilla at all I’m afraid.
