Mild yeasty smell. Witbier colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, fruit, a hint of grapefruit. Rich in carbon, mostly sweet with a sour hint. Light body, soft texture. Nicely balanced and fresh.

Smell of malt. Golden colour, tiny white head. Aroma of malt, paper, a faint of hop. Soft and plentiful carbon. Round, mildly bitter taste.

5.6 ABV version. Smell of tar. Cloudy dark brown colour, brown head. Aroma of smoke, coffee, licorice, pepper. Bitter but finishes sweet. Nicely challenging. Heavy body, soft carbon. Slightly oily.
