More interesting than your average red to be sure. Caramel with light rust, some grapefruit. Pours deep maroon with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish but pretty malt forward. Some citrus. Bottle.

Keg at Baan Bangkok, Bangkok. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Aroma of apples, white currant and marzipan. Fairly dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan, pine, ripe apples and gooseberry. Really bitter finish.

Bottled at Dog Step, Bangkok. Cloudy golden, small head. Huge tangerine aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Tangerine juice and white bread. Medium bitterness.

Keg at Mikkeller Ari, Bangkok. Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Citrusy and earthy caramel up front. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Fudgy caramel, grapefruit and treacle. Medium bitterness. Nice!

Tap at the Fellowship of Beer, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big goosberry, biscuit dough. The flavour is moderate sour with a light, crisp, fresh, tart goosberry palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Awesome!

Draft at Fellowship of Beer by Sandport. Fairly hazy amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of malt, light fruits, toffee and light grass with a little yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the 9th June “underground” festival, Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, chocolate, caramel, vanilla: The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich roasty malt, liqouirce, chocolate, coffee, sweet coconut, vanilla, light dry liqouirce hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
