10 ounce at the brewery - lightly hazy gold with a moderate haze - effervescent body with a thick lace - lovely nose of rustic graininess, light honey, wildflower, melon, basil - soft texture, but also a bit prickly/acidic, with a drying effect on the palate - the texture is actually great - medium-dry, rustic, mildly bitter, lightly tart - a touch of funkiness on the back end, as basil becomes moderately apparent - dry, moderately bitter finish - I dig it.
