Had this on tap at the Bull City Ciderhouse in Cary. Ever so slight haze on pale. Nearly like clear lemonade. Lemony nose with pepper. Oh yes, this has some of that farmhouse attitude. Some heat in this one too! Interesting, I'm getting some attitude of hot ginger too. This is a very surprising brew, I'm liking this. You'd never know it packs an impact of over 8%, quite smooth and enjoyable. I find many domestic saisons rather rude but this stuff is pretty darn good. Its one of the better ones. Its right up there with Orpheus Atalanta Tart Plum Saison, Anchorage Rondy Brew Saison 2016 and Whiner Bleu Tub.

Draft at Moo & Brew in Charlotte. Clear golden yellow color white head. Citrus aroma. Taste is citrus and stonefruit with very light tartness, maybe too light. One of the better beer names I’ve seen even if it’s not original.
