On tap at the brewery. Pours golden. Interesting aroma of coffee, hay, light floral notes (not getting Brett in the Nose). Flavor is coffee, funky hay, green grass, light cocoa, earth. Interesting - I don’t know if I’d identify this as a saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours reddish brown. Aroma is tart cherry, light coffee, hay. Flavor is smooth tart cherry, hay, green grasses, light earth, light red wine. Crisp prickly carbonation. Nice work.
