Description
Rooted in Northern Nevada, Revision Brewing Co. touts a hefty lineup of world-awarded ultra-premium beers distributed throughout 15 states in the U.S. and 8 countries. The brewery specializes in IPAs, New England-Style IPAs, Reds, Lagers, Porters, Stouts, Pastry Stouts, Barrel-Aged Beers and most recently, hard seltzers. Revision Brewing Company beers have won awards in the US, Japan, Australia, Germany, and Belgium.

Revision Brewing Company stemmed from Brewmaster Jeremy Warren’s desire to start a brewery that embraced creative freedom. For Revision, that transcends from beer to label. The art of brewing is united with art itself with Revision labels featuring over twenty artists on ever-rotating IPA releases, keeping the labels as fresh and innovative as the beer itself.

The brewery also has a rebellious flair that can be seen by the edgy incorporations & a Wild West mentality which is prevalent in the branding at Revision. Reno as F*%k Hazy IPA was awarded Gold at 2019 World Lupulin Challenge Juicy Double IPA Category and has such a draw that the brewery decided to launch Vegas as F*%k Hazy IPA to show their Nevada roots across the entire state. The AF beers are highly sought after by locals and people visiting the state and are one of the best sellers for the brewery.

Bottle: Pours a bright and shimmering gold color, completely free of any haze craze, and topped with a modest white cap. Sweet citrus and tropical fruit aroma, a little on the dank side. Great hops flavor. A big citrus and tropical fruit sweetness and a nice piney bitterness. More tropical notes. Lingering hops finish. A very nice DIPA.

16oz can from the Boise Co-op. Pours out a hazy orange yellow golden color , bubbly head Fades to just a few bubbles on top. Big juicy Aroma, citrusy tropical . Taste is more of those tropical citrusy notes, slick and chewy, rolls right over the tongue, just wonderful flavors throughout. Nice and fruity, juicy. Not a big fan of the New England IPA style but this thing is really stellar.

16 ounce can. Pours a light hazy yellow color with a medium white head. A big citrus tropical nose. Soft tropical fruit, bready base, juicy. Mango. Very smooth. Certainly implies more of a 5% than 8%. Very nice.

Good to be #10. Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours like very hazy pineapple juice. Aroma is very tropical. Hint of dank; seems juicy. Med + body. Flavor is dank in a fruity, tropical way. Juicy to me. I can't get pineapple out of my mind, so I'm going with that - tho the acidity isn't there. Clearly a fruit salad of sorts. Reasonably towards dry; pleasantly bitter. Delicious.

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours gold with a creamy, bubbly white head. Aroma is very dank citrus/pine. Med + body, at least. Flavor is dank - pine/citrus - but there's a tropical fruit thing along with a lot of citrus. It's quite smooth, not at all harsh. No heat at all for me - not even in the gullet. Tho I can feel the effects coming on. Full of hops, barely detectable caramel, dankly bitter. It gets better than this?

Bomber from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is citruously dank for me. Med ++ body. Flavor is fairly dry, definitely hoppy dank, mostly citrus, to include orange I think, but there's earth and pine lurking. Not getting heat, but all the hop could be hiding it. Rather interesting in the way the flavors slide from one to another while not entirely eclipsing the very lightly sweet aspect. Definitely recommended.

Tap at Folsom Whole Foods Bar. Pours hazy, juicy orange gold. Aroma of juicy mixed citrus. Med body or better. Flavor is juicy/fruity/bitter. Leaves fruit juice in the mouth. Very dry. Hoppy. Wowser. Definitely recommended.

Can pours out a hazy cloudy pale lemon color. Nice bright white head and lots of light citrusy hop aromas. Modest hop flavors and bitterness mellow soft palate. Very nice. Not sure it's a double though

On tap. Pale light malts. Flat tasting stale and flavorless. A little bitter. More like a harsh Pilsner than any trace of fresh hop character. Disappointing
