Keg at the brewery, 9.19.20. Black, large brown head, good retention. Aroma of roast, booze, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, cherry. Taste is roast, anise, cherry, coffee, vanilla, chocolate. Full bodied, slick. Booze present but not bad for the ABV. Nice beer.

Hazy yellow large frothy white head good retention. Aroma of mild smoke, wheat, tea, lemon. Taste is smoke, lemon, wheat, piney hops. Medium bodied, slick, well balanced.

Sour acid aroma. Taste is moderately sour with sweet and tart fruit at the finish. Salty finish. Easy drinking.

Can from Half Barrel. Thick juice bomb pour. Nose is tropical fruits and some wheatgrass. Tastes of mango, guava, grassy, strawberry touch of pepper and veggies. Medium bodied lower bitterness.

The Aromas are wet and dry grain, pale malt and a little perfumey hops. Flavors are like nose, a Bittersweet upfront with bitterness growing some into the Finish. Good carbonation and body. Decent Pilsner.
