Description
We were born in 2015 to brew the beers we wanted to drink, and we always kept focused on quality. We settled our brewery in Lisbon’s Graça neighbourhood and from there we started our mission to change beer consumption in Portugal.
We believe we’ve been achieving it daily and we’ll keep doing it. We brewed a dozen of new beers, reached the entire country, managed to export abroad, and opened our own places in Lisbon.
The best part is that we are aware this is just the beginning.

Taste: Medium sweet dark roasted malt, chocolate, liquorice, pretty strong and bit harsh and spicy notes of wood, lightly smoky hints. Moderate bitterness. Boozy, medium to heavy bittery slightly burnt malt finish. Over medium to full body, soft carbonation. Bit disappointing and harsh Imperial Stout.

Bottle. Color: Clear ruby to copper, thin very light brown head. Batch 0056, bbf 10/2018, which is pretty strange because of earlier review here on Ratebeer with batch 0056, bbf 30/06/2017. Closer inspection of the label shows a sticker that is put over the Original label, reading bbf 30/06/2017. What did happen over here? Who put that sticker on the label? Aroma: Notes of red fruit, caramel, hints of raisins. Taste: Rather sweet light roasted malty, notes of caramel, toffee, brown sugar, dried red fruit. Hints of nuts. Bit sweetish boozy, mostly at the finish. Flat, no carbonation. Lightly sticky mouthfeel. Not bad, but a bit too sweet and a bit too flat, lacking complexity in my opinion.
