Description
We were born in 2015 to brew the beers we wanted to drink, and we always kept focused on quality. We settled our brewery in Lisbon’s Graça neighbourhood and from there we started our mission to change beer consumption in Portugal.
We believe we’ve been achieving it daily and we’ll keep doing it. We brewed a dozen of new beers, reached the entire country, managed to export abroad, and opened our own places in Lisbon.
The best part is that we are aware this is just the beginning.

Bottle from Blue Glass, Bedford. Dark brown, hints of indigo. Opaque with a decent-sized tight khaki head. Big chocolate fudge aroma with lighter coffee and ash notes. Sweet, smooth and chocolately in the mouth, but earthy hops bring it back and keep it from getting too sickly. Touches of molasses in the aftertaste along with more chocolate fudge. Slight body but not too noticeable. Medium carbonation. No surprises here. It's a very basic porter done extremely well.

Bottle from the Blue Glass, Bedford. Dark gold, hazy with very little head. Smells like a malt-led IPA: sweet bready aromas with resinous and light citrus hops. Tastes like a malt-led IPA but better than most: bittersweet and well-balanced, with the resinous hops start sweet but then direct the beer to a drier turn nearer the finish. Fruit caramel and papaya in the aftertaste. Medium to high carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle from the Blue Glass, Bedford. Bright orange/yellow, cloudy, with a large foamy off-white head. Malt, nectarines, icing sugar and soap in the aroma. Sweet, malt-led taste with a notable sourness near the finish. Astringent aftertaste with citrus and chalk. Full body, medium carbonation. I couldn't really get into this.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ Cerveteca Lisboa. Dark red. Nose is massively extremely vinous to the max. taste is vinous to the max, basically Portuguese wine with some malt presence, thick red grape, lingering skin finish. Interesting & tasty hybrid that goes very heavy to the wine side of things.

330 ml. bottle @ Cerveteca Lisboa. Murky brown amber, little head, bit ugly looking. Extremely red wine in the nose, red wine syrup, oxidized in a good way thick dark fruits & date syrup. Taste is flat red fruit syrup, medicine, dried fruity tasty thick massively vinous sludge, dark fruit syrup, Madeira is massive, whole is messy, confusing but also quite tasty. Challenging, brave, neat.

100 ml. draft @ Cerveteca Lisboa. I was actually accidently at the launch party of this beer which is the first New England IPA in Portugal! Weird but cool. Super fresh! Apparently this one wasn’t meant to be a true NEIPA but a hybrid of sorts but I didn’t fully understand why due to me not knowing Portuguese & some English hiccups. This one is brewed with oats. Hazy orange, little white. Nose is nice grainy bright dried orange peel, cheese low. Taste is chalky cheese, low powder, hint of cheese, lovely tasty orange peel & low cheese drinks, drinks lovely,… Good body. Bit like an old school West Coast IPA with low cheese hops, low oat body, doesn’t pop as much as you would expect but still very nice & definitely the best hoppy beer I tried from Portugal so far.

100 ml. draft @ Beer Station in Lisbon. Near clear orange, creamy off-white head. Nose is weird dusty chalky almost milky,… Strange milky, low sweet, candy, chalk, strange but somewhat pleasant still, strangely appealing with its sweet candy profile to a certain extent.
